For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" refers to the 777be website accessible at https://777be.io and all associated services, game lobbies, sportsbook features, and account management tools.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who registers an account on, accesses, or uses any feature of the 777be Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player on the Platform, including associated wallet balance, bet history, and personal information.

• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the currency in which all Platform transactions are denominated.

By registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any game on the 777be Platform, the Player acknowledges that they have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a specific promotional document, the specific promotional document shall prevail only for the matter to which it relates.

A Player who does not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and contact support at [email protected] to arrange closure of their Account and return of any real-money balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Section 6.

Access to and use of the 777be Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

• The Player must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform.
• The Player must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• The Player must be acting on their own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• The Player must not be a current or former employee, contractor, officer, or director of 777be or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• The Player must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform for any reason.
• The Player must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to their location.

777be reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility — including government-issued photo identification and proof of age — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the request will result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the 777be Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, same mobile number, same payment method, or the same device — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 777be reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending bets or bonuses.

During registration, Players are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including their full legal name, date of birth, and active mobile number. The provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

• Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their username and password.
• Passwords must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances. 777be support staff will never ask for your password.
• Players must notify 777be immediately at [email protected] if they suspect unauthorised access to or use of their Account.
• All activity recorded on an Account prior to notification of a suspected breach will be treated as authorised and will not be reversed.
• Account credentials must not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person.

777be reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its discretion, including where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, the Platform will communicate with the Account holder using the contact details on file.

All deposits on 777be are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through one or more of the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The Platform does not accept cash, cheque, or bank transfer payments at this time.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction, per day, and per calendar month, as displayed in the deposit interface at the time of the transaction.
• Deposits are credited to the Player's Real Money Balance in real time, subject to confirmation from the payment provider.
• Players must only deposit from payment accounts registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 777be does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, the Player's payment provider may apply its own transaction fees independently of the Platform.
• The Platform reserves the right to reject any deposit it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Deposits credited to a Player's Account may not be transferred to another Account. Funds on the Platform are held for the purpose of betting and gaming activity only and do not accrue interest.

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Bonus Balance funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, to an account registered in the Player's name.
• Standard processing time is approximately 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may extend during periods of high volume, scheduled maintenance, or public holidays.
• 777be reserves the right to require identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. Requests may be placed on hold pending completion of this verification.
• Players may not withdraw funds that were deposited but not yet cleared through the payment provider's confirmation system.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside operating hours will be queued and processed in order from the next available processing window.

If a Player's Account is under investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions, all pending withdrawal requests will be suspended until the investigation is concluded. The outcome of the investigation will determine whether the funds are released, partially released, or forfeited.

777be offers bonuses and promotional incentives to Players from time to time. Each bonus offer is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. The general principles below apply to all bonuses unless a specific offer document expressly states otherwise.

• All bonus offers are available to eligible Players only. Eligibility criteria (including minimum deposit requirements, Player tier, and payment method) are specified per offer.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Expired bonus balances and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Bonus funds may only be used on eligible games as specified in the offer terms. Use of bonus funds on excluded games will not count toward wagering requirements and may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Minimum odds restrictions may apply to sports betting bonuses. Bets placed at odds below the specified minimum will not count toward wagering requirements.
• 777be reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice where it suspects the offer is being abused or where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect bonus being credited.

Systematic or coordinated exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, use of betting patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or participation in bonus schemes through coordinated groups — constitutes bonus abuse and is a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

All sports betting markets and casino games on 777be are governed by specific game rules published within the respective game or market interface. Players are responsible for reviewing and understanding these rules before placing bets or participating in games.

• Bets placed are final and cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed by the Platform, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred at the sole determination of 777be.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round or sporting event, 777be will apply its standard void and re-run protocols as appropriate to the affected product.
• Cricket, rugby, football, and other sports betting markets are settled according to official match and tournament results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, World Rugby, FIFA, BPL governing board). In-play market results are determined at the point the relevant event concludes.
• 777be reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered due to a system error, incorrect odds, or mispriced line. The staked amount will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance in such cases.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the betting interface prior to stake confirmation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777be Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the Platform, or interact with games in a manner not consistent with genuine human gameplay.

• Providing false identity information, including forged documents, during registration or verification.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Platform staff, other players, or live dealers through any communication channel provided by the Platform.

Where 777be identifies suspected prohibited conduct, it may freeze the associated Account and all related balances pending investigation. The Platform is not obligated to disclose the specific grounds for an investigation while it is in progress.
